Editorial :
Neil's Mahu series of books are great-- well-written, plotted to keep you turning the pages, and full of the complexity of human nature. The 1980s were great times for Irish cycling - Sean Kelly was successful from one end of the decade to the other, while Stephen Roche won the Tour de France, the Giro d'Italia and the World Championships in 1987. It's not what I expected from the description. Billie Holiday has not yet been captured effectively in a full length biography, but this book is a step in the right direction. Well worth the money.
