After months of struggling with orthodox bureaucracies he started a pilot project with the help of students providing one year loans to groups of five borrowers - many of them women - following indoctrination in responsibility and self-reliance. At worst, it's a misnomer. I needed the very very basics for working with ProTools and the price of this manual was just right so I did get out of it what I wanted. The writing is excellent providing a wealth of information about the area as well as colorful details about the "characters" who have lived there.. Spoiler Alert: Every book in this series was a 5-star winner until the end. (Raised a large family alone, etc.) I think the feeling I got was of someone who could look after herself, and was a "helper" as well as a "helpee",.
