This book explains things very well, and includes great pictures. As opposed to the classical state-space approach, the behavioural theory gives a more fundamental and natural way of looking at physical systems. The North Atlantic Books production team deserves many kudos. On the plane I started to read the book. It's mainly directed to the 35mm owners, explains all the basics - DOF, depth of focus (did you know it's not the same?), diffraction and many more How to reverse a lens? What can you do with an extension tube? or a converter? How to correct exposure? All answers inside, illustrated with stunning photos. Written in plain english. This is the book for the best and most concise and interesting "guide" history of Jackson's Hole. As such it offers a new vision of capitalism, subject to the dicipline of assigning resources efficiently, but without seeking to maximize profits at the expense of everything else.
