great start! I was pulled into the story from the start, and stayed through to the end. Denying or affirming the resurrection has almost nothing to do with one's beliefs or stories. It covers every aspect of recording guitar, and while it doesn't go too deep in any one area, it does a GREAT job on zeroing-in on the KEY aspects of each subject (including some of the juicy secrets and tricks).
There's a lot of material covered, but the book's organizational stucture is both brilliantly logical, and simple -- it traces the whole signal path from guitar to the final output media. These men of the jungle steal their brides and mate with them. I also really recommend her "Signs of Life", though you may have to order it through the Samuel French catalogue, which is really the only other place I've been able to track down her scripts. Only problem is she's a bit of a smart alec and she's hanging by a thread because of it. Wow!
