The simply life of a low end superhero is a thing to read. It was very helpful.. The chapters are both interesting and informative. The information and exercises will be helpful to anyone, no matter what changes they are wanting to make. If you like George R.R. I'm an open minded person that wants to understand different points of view. I snore and I know I snore loud. (Of course, many will find it amusing, and perhaps instructive, to run the checklists on people for whom they work--and what they choose to do with their results is even nicely covered in the "Working for the Boss" chapter.)
The chapters in Rules and Tools progress logically from preparation for leadership through handling a variety of challenges with a number of special insights spread throughout.
