People interested in health and nutrition will discover much of value here. They modeled their homosexuality on that of the male bonding of the Spartans. This is an excellent book. Kinder's book clocks in at over 500 riveting pages but, is largely without pictures of all the incredible finds. The book is written to bring the english reader a better understanding of how to eat and what to eat to benefit one's health. But I am a lover of showing instead of telling, and in this one actor play, it is all telling because there is no interaction to be had. This, rather than simple handouts, would help the poor become self-reliant enough so that they could lift themselves out of poverty. I love this series. The first volume (Italian Art / John Pope-Hennessy)was published as far back as 1987! I have most of the volumes and they have given much pleasure over the years.
